Air Horns - GL1800 Front Mount

These air horns give a loud warning blast of 128 decibels. Mount to the front right side engine guard. System sold complete with all pre-measured wires and hoses cut to length.

All air horn sets are bolt on and plug-in, requiring about 30 minutes to install. They include the compressor, dust/bug covers, all necessary hardware, hoses, wiring, fuse, relay and detailed instructions with pictures.

The air compressor creates instant air pressure to the horns. Since the pressure is created so fast there is no need for a storage tank as on Semi Trucks and RVs. Although the pressure is very low (12-15 psi) it delivers a large volume of air (3 CFM or cubic feet per minute). This low-pressure high volume air supply causes the diaphragm inside the horn to vibrate at a high rate of speed or *frequency* the exact speed at which it vibrates is varied by the length of the horn or trumpet. Together the horn set produces an extremely loud 128-decibel warning blast. This is approximately 4 times louder than most electric motorcycle horns, which usually rate at 87 decibels.

These all aluminum highway mounts are CNC machined from aircraft quality billet aluminum. This design makes the mounts strong enough that you can stand on the mounts and they WILL NOT SLIP!

The 6 inch long arms have a full 360 degree range of motion to accommodate any leg length. The arms lock into the selected position with an internal locking pin. The mounts can be used with RIVCO pegs and floorboards or any other peg having up to a 3/8 mounting bolt. Hitches ship standard with the 3 Drop. Which is for trailers that have a tongue height from 11 to 14 inches. This is compatible with 90% of all trailers. The 6 drop is for trailers with a level tongue height of 8-11 inches. The 0 drop or straight out tongue will give a level trailer height, 13-16 inches. The 0 drop is very uncommon

Universal Trailer Isolator Harness

This isolator unit is designed to prevent any damage or malfunction of electronic ignition, fuel injection, ABS braking systems and other sensitive electrical components on most motorcycles. The O.E.M. taillight circuits, wires and fuses are not heavy duty enough to handle the additional load from trailer lighting. This causes both the motorcycle and trailer lights to become dim as well as overheat the wiring and blow fuses. The isolator draws all the power required for the trailer lighting directly from the battery pos. (+) terminal through it's own heavy duty wiring and fuse. The isolator electronic components sense the need for power to the taillights and are activated through its smaller gauge wires, which connect to the motorcycles taillight. It will provide full battery voltage to the trailers taillights. This allows both the trailer and motorcycles taillights to be at full intensity. It measures 1 inch x 1 1/2 inch x 3 inch long, has a peel and stick adhesive backing and 36 inch wire leads in a loom ready to accept any trailer plug, making it easy to install and conceal. Comes complete with all connectors needed for the motorcycle and detailed instructions.

This lightweight aluminum luggage rack bolts to your trailer hitch tongue. The rack measures 11 inches x 16 inches to accommodate most small to medium size coolers and duffle bags and has holes around the edge for bungee cords or nets. While it is strong enough to hold a 200lb person, it is rated at a maximum of 35 lbs. capacity due to handling and cornering performance.
