Just Cruisers is a unit of Australian Motorcycle Components Pty Ltd (AMC). AMC accepts cash, bank cheque, direct deposit, Visa and Mastercard without surcharge. American Express is accepted, with a 1% surcharge. Personal cheques (made out to Australian Motorcycle Components) are accepted, however we do not process orders until the cheque has been cleared. For high value items (eg custom seats) imported to customer order , we may process a deposit prior to ordering. Orders are non-cancellable without prior agreement in writing. Where a cancellation is accepted, Australian Motorcycle Components reserves the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee for any non-stock item.
All product remains the property of Australian Motorcycle Components until payment in full has been cleared through our bank.
Unless otherwise advised, all product under 3kg by weight and/or volume for delivery within Australia will be shipped by Australian Air Express and a minimum $13.20 courier and packaging charge applied.
Product is sold subject to manufacturer's warranties. No additional warranties, explicit or implied will be accepted without written authorisation of an Officer of the company. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure product purchased is suitable for the application intended.
Risk in product passes to the customer on product leaving AMC warehouse. Customer is advised to insure product against loss in transit where applicable.
Pricing
Every effort is made to ensure all pricing is accurate, however in the event of an error we reserve teh right to adjust pricing to the correct level. Where there is an increase in price we will contact the customer to advise. Acceptance of the revised price or cancellation is at the customer's discretion under such circumstances.
Returns
Any return goods require a return authorisation before being despatched. Goods received without an R.A. will not be accepted from couriers, or if returned by post will be held for collection at sender's expense.
Return Authorisation for non-warranty returns may be provided at AMC discretion subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All returns, apart from warranty claims, must be in saleable condition.
Export Sales
Export sales will be shipped by air post unless a courier account number is provided. AMC reserve the right to charge export card orders at time of order placement to guarantee payment. All export orders must quote the credit card statement address. If deliver address and statement address differ please note statement address in the 'Your Comments' box.
